This Return & Refund Policy is valid for purchases made from the USA.
Return Eligibility
• Customized products are final sale and cannot be returned unless they’re incorrect or defective.
• Non-custom products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as they’re in new* condition.
*New refers to products that have never been used. If the product doesn't meet this criteria, we reserve the right to refuse a return and therefore, a refund or exchange.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After dispatch, use our Return & Refund process for returns.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, you can either fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us at hello@woofnpurr.club. If eligible, we’ll send you a free USPS return label by email. Use the label to return the item within 7 days. After 7 days, the label will expire. There are no restocking fees or return costs if eligible.
Refund Options
Once we receive the product and confirm it meets the return criteria, you’ll be able to choose from the available refund options:
• Full refund using the payment method you used when ordering (may take 8-10 business days to process).
• Exchange for the same or a different product.
• Store credit for future purchases.
We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refund and we reserve the right to change our Return & Refund Policy at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.
